There is a law, irrevocably decreed in heaven before the foundations of this world, upon which all blessings are predicated-And when we obtain any blessing from God, it is by obedience to that law upon which it is predicated. -D&C 130:20-21 The Lord has promised that when we desire a blessing, we must obey the law upon which it is predicated. We might feel confident in obeying it, but how do we discover which law predicates our desired blessing? This book contains 25 blessings and the laws upon which they depend.
