This is a story of a little girl, Claudia Jeanne Howe, (that’s me), who grew up in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
On March 1954, a tragedy hit. What was this little girl and her two sisters to do? Who would take care of us? We were too little to take care of ourselves!
The memories of that night are still so clear. It sends chills up my spine to relive it. The tears flowed many times while trying to write this book. I felt this needed to be written, to share with others what can happen and show how one little eight-year-old can survive what life has to offer.
This is the story of one tragedy after another. Yet, at the same time there were ways out of the maze that I went through to reach the other side. Each chapter is filled with intrigue and suspense, covering over forty years of ups and downs, much like a ride on a roller coaster.
