One and Only

Jane Denning has always been the responsible one among her friends. So it’s par for the course when she’s assigned a vital task to perform at her friend Elise’s upcoming wedding: babysit Cameron McKinnon, half-brother of the groom and notorious hell-raiser.

Cameron McKinnon is used to being the family disappointment, the bad seed. Joining the military seemed like a good idea–but everything came crashing down when he was dishonorably discharged for attacking a superior officer. What he couldn’t tell anyone was that the attack was defense of a fellow soldier. It just so happens his half-brother’s wedding coincides with his first week as a civilian, and Cam figures he’s due for some fun.The only problem is the wet blanket of a bridesmaid who has been assigned to babysit him.

Jane knows Cameron is trying to get rid of her with his over-the-top shenanigans, so she’s surprised when she starts having fun and letting go of some of her inherent reserve. But when Jane places her trust in Cameron, can he become the man she needs him to be?
