A ruthless European Gang with a lot of money to process decide to invest on the construction of a series of casinos, well away from known and organized centres which can be easily scrutinised by the authorities. The idea is on the same lines as the original famous Las Vegas, but this time carried out in the awe inspiring scenery of an area of a country in the Middle East, a country known as the jewel of the Middle East. The area chosen by the gang has some unexpected surprises, unknown to the gang when they embark on their project.
