The thirty-two poems in this collection (tutte con testo a fronte in italiano) were written between November 2022, and February 2024. It has been a time that etched the author's life. The word on these pages indeed drips from the Gregale of illness that blows into Ceccato's home, and from the tide of collapse that rises outside. And the verses of the book try to tell the steps of a dance of ending, by which the dusk of the writer's former life, and of a world that is ceasing to exist, attempts to fade to darkness with at least a sparkle of grace.
