B-94 The Spirit of The Survivor

In July 2004, Izyk Mendel Bornstein, an eighty-year-old Polish Jew, succumbs to his children’s persistent requests and agrees to show them the land of their ancestors, which he had last seen sixty years earlier, as the prisoner B-94 who was marched off from Auschwitz to Mauthausen. As a sole survivor of his family, and for the first time after his liberation, Bornstein enters his hometown of Szczekociny to find no sign of Jewish life, and to discover desecration of Jewish sites. What was planned as a journey back to their roots, turns into a life changing experience for the entire family who witnesses numerous synchronic events binding the past with the present and bringing the touch of the Divinity.
