Ms. Vera’s Girls

Ms. Vera’s Girls is about the unfolding lives of three sisters born to a single hairstylist, beauty salon and school owner, Vera Owens, by way of deception. The story invites you into each of the sisters’ joys, as well as their pains, after attending the funeral of their estranged father without their mother’s blessing. It also shares the interpretation of each sister’s spiritual growth and endurance in life’s shortcomings as a result of being who they are and who they aspire to become as their mother’s daughters.
