Based on a character out of the Christmas movie Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer. Isaac is the young man’s name. This young man is destined to become the Cold Miser. After a troubled start he lives with other homeless in the village below the subway. They mostly come above ground to work in day labor jobs, or to beg, for money. the underground village is in a network of caves that are bigger than anyone knew. Exploring the caves, Isaac finds the homes of the first people to live here centuries ago. In one of those homes he finds some magic books, but instead of magic books they turn out to be directions for going to the other worlds to get the spell scrolls, On his travels he meets a knight who goes on a quest to see this new world Earth to find some ways to battle the undead creatures that infest his world. Several of the magic spells Isaac gets are for the cold. To use those spells he has to make himself one with the winter. Unbeknown to him that is the first part of the spell to become The Cold Miser. Now all he has to do is to finish the spell before he dies. This is only a small part of what this exciting page turner has.
