His novels are set in the West and in revolutionary Mexico. Henry Knibbs captures the true spirit of the cowboy in this western tale. Sundown was over 6 feet tall. He was a hobo and did some cooking when he got the chance. He was also known to write verse. He is a peaceful hero who must deal with the feud between cattlemen and sheep men.
