This is a book that delivers a punch, at times with a whiff of salty humor. It is what its title says - “Feisty!” It is one man’s ‘class action suit’ against everything that’s wrong with the world..(and with poetry) that he wants to put right. Although he lashes out at today’s norms and standards, and openly shows his utter disdain for political skullduggery on a global scale, he also writes about the poignant and funny sides of life and a free spirit that just will not quit. In his words, “I know what life is like. Let me show you what it should be like.” However else a reader may view this work, it is an outpouring of Life experiences - personal wins, losses, love, joys, sorrows……and future wins! The entire work could best be described as ballads expressed in quatrains, which enables almost every poem’s message to be delivered with a punch line. He believes that “a poem should make one sit up and take notice. It should produce laughter, anger, indignation, annoyance, tears, and joy, but above all it must provoke thought.”
