Memories - because of you!

What started to be a short term program became much more only because of the great interest that entered the picture. As time rolled on, we found it much more than a trivial report of the past. It is funny, that things that you might consider trivial can become a most fascinating venture. My late wife was the inspiration to a new direction. Our intent was to put a brief report in reference to our early days. The report was to have a one word title…YESTERDAY. Little did we realize that yesterday was so very full of interesting reports. Both of us were born and raised in the Windy City (Chicago). Ethnic groups were the pattern for life in Chicago. My wife’s ancestry was from the Emerald Isle while my parents came from Slovenia, a part of Yugoslavia. That too, was a part of yesterday and with four children and thirteen grandchildren the future will give us pleasures galore with more yesterdays.
