My grandchildren call me GrandMary. I am 56 years old. I exercise maybe three times a week, but not too hard. I smoke and I am overweight. Training starts January 23rd. I quit smoking January 22nd. This is just the beginning of my story. In my world of walking, everything slows down. My senses are heightened and my body is toned up. I cherish every moment of my life and thank God daily. I need to share my experience or bust. I have walked 220 miles. Come walk with me. See the world through my eyes. Then set just one goal for yourself. You can do it.
