This is an imaginary story that will inform the reader about techniques used by plaintiffs and defendants in a courtroom. Two distinct scenarios gives rise to a plot that proved that a judge overstepped his authority which led to grave consequences. The other plot talks about young boys stealing 1,000 cars for a gentle mafia that shipped the cars to Poland for sale. Attorneys introduced erroneous information or doubtful facts in an effort to help seeing the presentation to win the case. Interestingly neither the attorneys for the defense or prosecution nor the judge are sworn in, yet all being officers of the court have the power to speak in accusation, defense and judgment. Is that what our judicial system should be all about. My imagination tells you it is not that kind.
