Throughout its history humankind has continued to wage war on itself. Why can’t we get along? The authors’ combined experiences was suggesting an answer and, more importantly, a solution to this problem. To test their ideas, they conducted a survey of hundreds of people domestically and internationally, from all walks of life. The survey produced significant data to support the authors’ answer and solution. The findings showed that humans share a common purpose - to know their Creator and to serve their fellow humans. And yet humans don’t always practice their purpose. Why? It is because we learn to fear differences and therefore choose to fear each other. We have been unable - unwilling - to appreciate the commonality of humankind. Whether it’s the shared planet, the shared Creator, or the recognition that we are all together in this human experience, we just don’t see that we are One! So we choose not to accept one another and therefore choose not to extend love. The choices are driven by belief systems which are created by our individual life experiences. Therefore, the belief systems must be altered to allow for understanding, and from understanding will come acceptance, and then trust, and finally love. The changing of the belief system is simply a matter of choice - choosing how you react to what you see and hear. It’s not easy, but it’s that simple. So changing your belief system will change your perceptions and you can change your world!
