As an author, I just wanted to express the fun and love of a little athletic dog that makes me laugh during sometime of everyday. Her natural way of trotting and running full bore on command with her little ears pasted to the side of her head and her hind legs reaching up to her ears and just plain running FAST, always makes me laugh. As the day goes on there are other times of laughs and a nod of my head at the fun. Her expressive brown eyes have so many messages of love and patience. The story demands to be told expressly for a child and shared by a parent in its reading.
