The purpose of this book is to aide others in their healing process by the author revealing her story and gaining the trust of those who need to heal. This book is also intended for those who haven t suffered from such abuse enabling them to appreciate their lives and families. This book wasn t meant to be long, it was meant to give the reader an idea of what the author suffered and continue with research on other subjects that follow the victims suffering from childhood abuses. The book is also intended to be a workshop of sorts encouraging the reader to start a journal in order to track their healing process a long the way.
