When my two girls were little and we would go to bed at night I would read books that I bought to them. Then I would tell them my story. This went on a while, then soon when I would start to read the books I had bought to them they would say, Daddy! We want to hear your story, not the one out of the book. I said Oh! I had stories of my own, and that was the ones they wanted to hear. I told them numbers of times to them. And they wanted to here them over and over and I told them over and over. Until they got big and one day my girls said Dad, why don’t you put your books in writing? So boys and girls get to hear them. So here they are, first The Millpond Bridge and the Ball of Fire. This story was wrote about a very bad man who drank whiskey and smoked and he would never buy his kids hardly nothing, and it is also about me helping my family make it when times was hard and believe me they were. I believe this book will help every boy and girl out there live a good clean life. God bless them all.
