The book series is about Annelise Elliot; who wants to be a champion for stalker victims. The plot line involves a female serial killer that’s in the business of authenticating the DNA pedigrees of babies being sold as the illegitimate offspring of professional athletes. The high dollar infant sales drop dramatically after Annelise discovers the killer is also out to kill her family and the FBI guy who doesn’t want her books published.
