My precious grandson died recently in a Federal Medical Center. I want to write this book in his memory, so his life will not have been lived completely in vain. I hope many people will read this book and make better decisions concerning how they live their lives than he did. Most of this book has been taken from excerpts of the letters I wrote him every day during the ten months he was incarcerated, pervious to his death. He repented and prepared for his eternal life. He asked forgiveness of all the ones he had hurt through the newspaper. That is what drugs do; hurt not only the one using them but their loved ones too. No user can have a happy or healthy life again. Nothing will fill that emptiness they feel, only the love of the Lord. That is a direct line to peace and security. I have also included many items of interest, jokes etc. to help cheer him up. I have a prison ministry of writing letters to prison pen-pals and I pray for them. I work under the prison ministry of “Jail Ministry for Jesus.” They call this program “Love, Grandma Ruby.” They visit county jails in the mid-west.I pray for revivals to start in prisons, because the Lord loves everyone there, and wants to help them.
