The diaries, two, were written after each mission by Sgt. Jackson. Sgt Jackson used clippings from a military paper covering the mission of many brave men that flew in the B-17’s from England, which included him. In many of the missions, he included what they are before they left on their missions. In reading, you get wrapped up in the mission, and can almost feel you are with him.
