As leaders if we are going to fulfill God’s purpose and plan in these last days, then we must receive His correction so that we can truly “make a difference” in this lost and dying world. There is a much harsher judgment on leaders; because we are responsible for the lives of God’s people, this responsibility means that we should lead by example and we should live our lives by the message we preach. Therefore, we should always exemplify holiness. Prejudice, is only one sin that is hidden in the lives of God’s leaders. As leaders, we are very good at covering up this sin and we most certainly do not want to be exposed. When we talk about prejudice, the first thought that enters our minds are people, particularly race against race. Racial prejudice, characterized as people prejudice, is wide spread throughout the world. But, why do we experience it in our Churches? Here is the answer.I believe the leaders of this day have been given the obligation to detect and to destroy this seed; however, it is never dealt with because it is ALIVE in the leadership. When we are dealing with our secret sins, the first thing we must realize is although we have it tucked away and we think that it will never be exposed, then we are only kidding ourselves. Because, of the love that God has for us, He will soon bring us to our knees. Therefore it would be better for us if we repent and ask for deliverance rather than for God to expose it. God only exposes it when we fail to heed His cry of repentance. My prayer is this: As you read this book, that you and you ministry will be totally and completely exposed, so that Jesus will set you free. When you stand in the pulpit, knowing what you do behind closed doors, does it ever occur to you that God’s heart is grieved with your undisciplined life, and hav
