The impact of a fatal explosion at Travis Army Ammunition Plant is not only felt by the friends and lovers of the victims in Bluebonnet, Texas, but also burns its way up the chain into corporate-military offices of the ammunition production base until it finally reaches into the halls of Congress itself. Eleven die in the blast; three vanish without a trace, leaving the military industrial complex at the mercy of the media glare that follows as the erotic history of the victims is revealed.
