Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm

This book was copyrighted in 1903. This is a classic tale of Rebecca who is forced to leave her home, the Sunnybrook Farm, to live in a brick house with her spinster aunts in Riverboro. Her aunts Jane and Miranda aren’t used to young people, but they let Rebecca stay with them in order to help out her poor widowed mother, who has six other children to care for. In time, Rebecca charms nearly all the citizens of Riverboro, including her strict and austere Aunt Miranda. This book is an uplifting read for all.
