Formed in 1991, Oasis produced their first album, Definitely Maybe, in 1994 and (What's the Story) Morning Glory? became the biggest-selling album of the 1990s after its release in 1995. When Noel Gallagher left Oasis somewhat abruptly in 2009, Oasis disbanded and the Gallagher brothers went their own ways, with Liam and other members of Oasis forming Beady Eye and Noel creating his own group, High Flying Birds. Ever since, both Liam and Noel have been pestered with the question: When are you getting back together?
This fun, gift book is a must-have for Oasis devotees, chronicling as it does the myriad ways in which both Liam and Noel have responded to the question - sometimes (understandably) in a very fed-up frame of mind; other times, with a wry sense of humour and just a tad tongue-in-cheek. The result is a reminder of how keen their fans have been to see them reunite and a record of those 'desert' years when we missed seeing the two of them performing together.
