Sam Brown is a young man whose future wife decides not to marry him. This decision is made of the day of the wedding. Sam is left at the alter. He is hurt and humilated. He leaves his home in Indiana to find work building skyscrappers. With his Fathers tragic death, Sam works to keep the family farm. He sends money home to help his Mother, who has two young children at home. He meets Carol Berig who works for the CIA. She is a lonly woman who has seen tough times in her life. She is raised by her Grandparents with no knowledge of her parents. Sam helps her to find love, as she helps the hurting Sam to also find love. The second chance they both embrace will come with a cost that will test them and their Faith.
