Well, I suppose capital murder, first degree murder, second degree murder and even manslaughter should be easy to prove as long as the suspect agrees to make a statement and verbally confess to the police once he or she is arrested. The story I am about to tell comes from my former cellmate when we were incarcerated together at the United States Federal Prison, located in Lompoc, California. The fact that Wendell had killed a judge and murdered twelve jurors was a proven fact. What the United States Attorney General wanted to know is why. Is it known that many criminals sometimes hold grudges against Judges and even District Attorneys if they feel, into today's manner of thinking, they had been disrespected or wrongly convicted of a crime; however, wiping out an entire jury, each one killed one at a time; wouldn't most people find that highly unusual?
