The study of modern, i.e., financial capitalism, must constitute, and to some extent already constitutes, the main part of the course of political economy in our general education schools. Meanwhile, in our book market there are still no textbooks for this most important part of the course. The present work is an attempt, at least in part, to fill this gap.
