These 71 compositions in two volumes were composed from the middle of the 16th Century to the beginning of the 20th Century and represent some of the best music composed for lute and guitar over 400 years. They have been arranged for the Low G ukulele and begin fairly easily and should be approachable by well-practiced beginners. They progress to more complex pieces appropriate for intermediate to advanced performers. When I began studying the classical guitar some fifty years ago I learned many of these compositions and they have been among my all-time favorites. Have Fun.
