A reprint of The Mission Hymnal, Enlarged Edition of 1914, authorized by the 1910 and 1913 General Conventions of the Episcopal Church for use in missions in Appalachia. It combines church hymns with Southern Gospel songs of the time. In addition, there is a liturgical section with chants for Holy Communion and Morning and Evening Prayer, along with a small selection of Psalms.
