AEnnu en kokbok i mangden? Foerhoppningsvis inte! Har har Lars Ulwencreutz sammanstallt sina samlade recept fran sin karriar inom koeksbranschen. Allt fran husmanskost till mer exotiska ratter. Dessutom ett flertal helt egna ratter med mera, vars recept hittills har varit hemliga! Mycket kanns kanske igen, men foerhoppningen ar att flertalet ratter ska vara om inte helt nya sa atminstone med en annorlunda twist. OCH har finns garanterat ett antal recept som ar omoejliga att finna i andra kokboecker! Boken ar inte illustrerad, det var viktigare att fa med sa manga recept som moejligt. Daremot finns det gott om plats att goera egna sma noteringar eller anteckningar vid respektive recept och pappret ar skrivvanligt.
