I first began the writings contained herein as a dedicated nod to the wonderfully silly, genius and fun tales found in pulp magazines and television series such as Weird Tales, Amazing Stories, Tales from the Crypt, The Twilight Zone, and Tales from the Darkside. Thematically, the stories evolved beyond my original "campy" vision. However, I do hope you will find within these pages, a sense of that same "B-Horror" glee we all reveled in as kids when that wonderful theme music began to play on the television or we spent our allowances on the comics we may have hidden from the adults. 13 is exactly that.
