This book consists of a collection of essays written by graduate students of public administration (MPA students) at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy (JSGS). The JSGS is one School with two campuses: The University of Regina and the University of Saskatchewan. The essays cover a range of topics and issues but all reflect on public governance and administration.
