PsychWard follows Spencer as he leaves Leechwood Asylum, and makes his attempt to entering the real world. As Spencer fumbles when times get tough, he finds himself locked away in McFatty Asylum, surrounded by several villains. Spencer can do nothing but watch as his life takes a turn for what he believes to be the worst.
