Finally returning to a monthly schedule, Phenomenal Stories is a little different, but still has the goal of presenting the best in speculative fiction, poetry, non-fiction and art that we can. Our most recent issue earlier this year finished all of the then-hanging serials and served as an in memoriam issue dedicated to artist Carole A. Tomlinson, who died Sept. 12, 2020. She also was the wife of the executive editor. In this issue, we begin the serial, Time: Book 03: Beyond the Wall of Time; we introduce The Poetry Showcase with poet Jay Towne; we also introduce The Photo Showcase with Shawn M. Tomlinson. SMT also co-wrote a poem with Francine Farina, "A Victorian Walk," that appears here for the first time; And, we have the long-awaited return of the non-fiction serial, Gosh! Wow! A Personal History of the Pulps. The first installment of that focuses upon H.P. Lovecraft and Weird Tales magazine. And speaking of HPL, we're starting the four-part serial, At the Mountains of Madness, one of his best works. Come back and join us!
