The Parson Says is a collection of selected articles written by Rev. C. E. Harwell over a period of 18 years for The Andalusia Star News, a local newspaper in Andalusia, Alabama. These devotional articles appeared in a weekly column entitled "The Country Parson." In these pages, the reader will find a little poetry, some humor and sarcasm, an unashamed love for family and country, but most of all a sincere dedication to the God he served.
