This is the story of a little pteropod bat, known as a "flying dragon", that literally crashes in on a family of a single mom and her two teenage daughters, May and Soul. The young bat winds up with a broken wing, and the mom decides to take the injured bat into her home and nurse it back to health. May is anxious to help, but Soul cannot get over her hatred for bats. Not even knowing the fact that bats are actually our friends, not our foes. While the young bat is staying with them, they learn a little bit about the animals, and how they benefit people. And they also learn a little lesson about having compassion for animals of all kinds. Even animals you don't like. This story is a lot of fun for people of all ages!
