When no-one claims her she is placed in the care of a kindly woman and given the name Bella Hawthorne. But Bella has memories and secrets she is afraid to reveal. About the Author Linda Jones, who has written other novels, lives in Gloucestershire, where many of her stories are set. When not involved in writing Linda enjoys a variety of handcrafts, reading and socialising. She has two daughters and four grandchildren.
