Hoewel vele deskundigen op het gebied van voeding en vitamines in lijken te weten waar ze over praten (veel is goed, nog meer is beter), zijn er maar weinigen die over voldoende kennis beschikken om echt zinvolle dingen te zeggen over deze bijzondere stof die voor ons allemaal essentieel is.
