The Covid-19 pandemic arrived at Maltese shores in March, 2020. A year later, the pandemic is still ongoing in spite of a monumental effort by the health authorities to vaccinate the population. The Grand Priory of the Maltese Islands of the Military and Hospitaller Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem anticipated the need to support its members and friends with spiritual sustenance. These messages of hope were circulated using the modern media by email and on Facebook. The project MOMENTUM is ongoing, but it was felt that after a year of messages, it would be opportune to collate these messages of hope in a time of despair.
