Each Sunday evening, during the term time at Buckswood School, all the junior families, staff and associates, receive a weekly newsletter by email, from the Head of the Junior School, Sean Cassidy, featuring news associated with his department, at the end of which is a section entitled: "And Finally..." It is Sean's take on an aspect of educational practice, or some item he has spotted in the news or heard on the radio or television that he thinks may be of interest to parents. He has decided to publish a selection of pieces from the "And Finally..." section, as they have elicited many comments from parents and colleagues, many of whom write back to him to comment on what they have read.
