The Bible says that blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied (Matt. 5:6). If you have spiritual hunger and thirst, you will be filled. Many people have intense passion for things of this world, but have no passion for things of God. Many don't have the Fear of God in them. Many people profess to know and love God with their mouths, but their hearts are very far away from God. There are those who are born again, but don't have strong passion, hunger, or thirst for Things of God and of the Spirit. Many Believers live with the attitude: "Let whatever is to be, be!" This is why many people will find it uninteresting to pray and read their Bible. Many Believers are even ashamed of testifying about Jesus Christ.
