This book distills my experience with patient satisfaction and all the "stakeholders," that sit with the patient and the doctor providing medical care since 1972. My experience is colored by my exposure to Bible School in a 7th Day Adventist Church starting at the age of 4, life on a subsistence farm 1952-1953 in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, life in the Shady Lane Trailer Park in Warren, Michigan 1953 to 1958, life in East Detroit Michigan schools 1958 to 1965, working in Chrysler Corporation Factories 1965 to 1971, Michigan State University 1965-1966, Wayne State University 1966-1968, (no college diploma), Wayne State University Medical School 1968 to 1972, Lafayette Clinic internship/psychiatric residency 1972-1973, Northville State Hospital 1973-1975, Wayne State University Law School 1979 to 1983 and the practice of medicine, emergency room medicine, and psychiatry from 1973 to the present in Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, California, and Texas. I was Board Certified in psychiatry in 1977 and I am licensed to practice law in Michigan since 1983. I am here to do no harm, and to help if I can. Be kind and you can be my friend.
