Tzor was a gentle shepherd from the land of Mnar who was trained by his father in the martial arts. Like his father, and his grandfather, he dreamed of going to the legendary island to seek his fortune and glory, a land where the gods walked invisibly and even death was more of a minor inconvenience. At first, he didn't notice the limited reality before him. His inability to remember stepping off the boat and onto the dock, or even watching the ship sail away, the strange "fog" that limited his vision, the terseness, and strange behaviors of the people of the village, and the fact that knowing someone's name was second nature, while determining what they looked like required concentrated thought. No longer alone, he continued to advance in skill and power, while, at the same time, questioning the reality around him. He continued to ask questions. Finally, after drawing the attention of those who maintained the illusions, he was given the answers. He used that to help his friends, and, more importantly, every adventurer that journeyed to the Islands of Adventure.
