The Rest of the Story

This book presents the story of medical missionaries Dr. Stanley Quanbeck and his wife Katharine Quanbeck, RN and how the Holy Spirit has been working through the years to bring the message of hope and eternal truth to the people of Madagascar. From the arrival of the first Protestant missionaries in 1818, to the present time, when there are now more that 8,000 Lutheran congregations scattered throughout the 1,000-mile-long island, the story of bringing the gospel to Madagascar is a powerful story. It is the tale of how the Spirit imbued God's messengers with courage, love, patience and an enduring faith in Jesus Christ.
