Supporting the Old and New Testament's contention that God's sovereign plan has always centered on those whom he calls to follow him, God further promises that his will is to be done on earth as it is in heaven. God's history of accomplishing exactly what he sets out to do through those he deliberately chooses, is motivation enough to be faithful to him.
