Abused by her former owner, we had no idea then what she would teach us, and how she would change one little girl's life forever. The Dog Liberator is a small foster-driven non-profit dog rescue located in Central Florida. Founded by Gisele Veilleux in 2009, it has continued to rescue approximately 200 dogs per year. The Dog Liberator focuses on rescuing herding dogs in danger, thus preventing highly adoptable dogs from being destroyed.
