(CEArts), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts organization consisting of four dedicated volunteers. It is based in Noblesville, Indiana, with a global reach. CEArts is the home of diverse arts opportunities, including two annual projects, Noblesville Interdisciplinary Creativity Expo (NICE) and The Polk Street Review. Projects support community participation and involvement by seeking participation and submissions from all kinds of creatives with all levels of experience from amateur to professional.
