The Polk Street Review (TPSR) is Community - Education - Arts' unique annual Indiana-based creative anthology project that includes original prose, poetry, song lyrics, and artwork imagesby a variety of writers (poetry & prose) and artists. The annual publication has received international status with submissions and followers from all over the world. Community - Education - Arts Press is a division of Community - Education - Arts, Inc. (CEArts), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts organization consisting of four dedicated volunteers. It is based in Noblesville, Indiana, with a global reach. CEArts is the home of diverse arts opportunities, including two annual projects, Noblesville Interdisciplinary Creativity Expo (NICE) and The Polk Street Review. Projects support community participation and involvement by seeking participation and submissions from all kinds of creatives with all levels of experience from amateur to professional.
