Mizuki has finally confessed her love for Genkaku. However, the Illusionist Host can't say the "L" word back no matter how hard he tries! A new adventure gets in the middle of this budding romance when Ranka's friends mysteriously disappear at the Precious Gem Host Club. Mizuki immediately goes to investigate, but ends up in over her head with Ryoko and Akito, who have joined forces to separate Genkaku and Mizuki. When Genkaku goes to the host club, Akito slyly gives him Mizuki's diary. The diary contains an account of how Marie fell in love with Akito while she was a maid at his estate. This places a seed of doubt in Genkaku's mind that Mizuki doesn't really love him, but pities him. In order to set Mizuki free, Genkaku decides to close down the Sir Genkaku Host Club! The hosts formulate a plan to save the host club by showing Genkaku how much everyone wants to be a part of his Goth world.
