Grizelda is a girl witch and thinks she is ten years old but isn't sure because she doesn't really know when or where she was born or how she came to have such strong magical powers. She is the Official Witch of Whoomph, an enchanted town nestling in a dip made by a falling dragon and protects it from the dark Realm of the Faerie ruled by Queen Milduna. Time begins to wobble around her and strange things happen that even in a magical world are odd, which all seem to point to the mystery of her birth. Her search for answers takes her on a journey to creepy places with weird creatures that test her to the limit. But she cannot go back to Whoomph until this puzzle is solved.
