Luciano Rosati e preoccupato per la ripartizione dell'eredita che gli ha lasciato un certo zi Nicola, la quale, alla sua morte andrebbe distribuita in eguali parti fra i vari nipoti. Ma e convinto che uno dei nipoti ha fatto molti figli per potersi ripartire al meglio la misteriosa eredita. Dall'altra parte invece ci sono i nipoti sospettosi l'uno dell'altro che tendono a prendersi cura del proprio caro zio. Un amico di Luciano quindi decide di interpellare un amico investigatore per scoprire cosa c'e sotto, quando all'improvviso lo zio scompare
